Meaning
A song by Bhaktivinoda Thakura from Kalyana-kalpataru. The devotee admits his helplessness and asks Krishna, the Lord of the gopis, for only one thing — an eternal place at His feet. It is a model of humble surrender (sharanagati): hope rests not on one's own merit but on the Lord's mercy.
