vṛndāyai tulasī-devyai priyāyai keśavasya ca / kṛṣṇa-bhakti-prade devi satyavatyai namo namaḥ
"Again and again I bow to Vrinda, Srimati Tulasi-devi, who is very dear to Lord Keshava. O goddess, you bestow devotion to Krishna and possess the highest truth."
Meaning
Prayers to Tulasi-devi, the sacred plant that Vaishnavas honour as a pure devotee of Krishna. Her leaves are offered to the Lord and her wood is used for japa beads. In the song "namo namah tulasi krishna-preyasi" the devotee asks Tulasi for service to Radha and Krishna in Vrindavana. They are sung at the morning Tulasi-puja.
