Donation Terms

1. Recipient

Sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Alexander Olegovich Titov, INN 770301623108, OGRNIP 319774600078733, address: 1A Pistsovaya St., Moscow 127015, Russia; email: info@108records.com — founder of the 108Records label (the "Recipient").

2. What a donation is

2.1. A donation is a voluntary and gratuitous transfer of money to the Recipient for the development of the 108Records project: recording, mixing and mastering releases, studio rental, promotion of artists and releases.

2.2. No goods, works, services, access to materials or any other consideration are provided in return for a donation.

2.3. By pressing the payment button on the "Support 108Records" page, the donor confirms that they have read these terms and are donating voluntarily.

3. How to donate

3.1. The donor chooses the frequency (one time or monthly) and the amount — from 100 to 300,000 roubles — and enters an email address for the receipt.

3.2. Payment is made by bank card through the CloudPayments payment service. Card details are entered in the secure CloudPayments window and are not transferred to the Site or the Recipient.

3.3. After payment, an electronic receipt is sent to the email provided (Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22.05.2003).

4. Monthly donation

4.1. If "Monthly" is chosen, the first amount is charged immediately and then the same amount is automatically charged to the same card once a month until cancelled. A receipt is sent for each charge.

4.2. A monthly donation can be cancelled at any time:

• by email to info@108records.com — state the email address receipts are sent to and the amount; the Recipient will cancel the charges and reply;
• yourself — in the CloudPayments payer account.

4.3. After cancellation no new charges are made. If the cancellation email arrived less than 3 working days before the next charge and the charge still went through, the Recipient will refund that amount at the donor's request.

5. Refunds

5.1. A donation is voluntary and, as a rule, is not refunded.

5.2. If a payment was made by mistake (for example, charged twice or the wrong amount) or a charge went through after a monthly donation was cancelled, write to info@108records.com within 30 days of the charge. The Recipient will review the request and, if the error is confirmed, refund the money to the same card within 10 working days.
