Translation
"I bow to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Vasudeva — Krishna."
Meaning
The twelve-syllable mantra that the sage Narada gave the boy Dhruva (Bhagavatam 4.8.54); the Srimad-Bhagavatam itself opens with these words. Vasudeva is Krishna as the One who dwells everywhere and in everything. By chanting it Dhruva saw the Lord face to face; Srila Prabhupada called it a mantra of pure devotion.
