Translation
"I bow to the lotus feet of my guru and all the Vaishnava teachers, to Rupa Gosvami and his elder brother Sanatana, to Raghunatha and Jiva, to Sri Krishna Chaitanya with Advaita, Nityananda and associates, and to Radha and Krishna with Lalita and Vishakha."
Meaning
"Mangalacharana" is the auspicious invocation with which Gaudiya Vaishnavas begin service, reading or kirtan: obeisances to the whole line of teachers — from one's guru through the Six Gosvamis and Sri Chaitanya up to Radha and Krishna. The point is that spiritual knowledge comes only through this succession.
